Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement.
Hair Are Us is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters , weather delays or any carrier delays.
Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by customer will cause delays.
Hair Are Us is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters.
If you provided an email address at time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.
To track all orders visit the site of the carrier you’ve selected.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours to receive your tracking information. If you order on Friday after 1pm (est. time) your order will not be shipped out until MONDAY, therefore you will receive tracking on Monday. Also if you select USPS (United States Postal Service) once you receive your tracking number, your order is in the HANDS OF USPS, the tracking may say label printed etc, but it is at the post office being processed.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES:
If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, your order will go through but will be canceled & refunded minus a $25 restocking fee. All orders are required signature, therefore we can not ship to PO BOXES.
