Online Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase and hair has not been worn, please send items back to our LA location within 72 hours of the time it has been delivered to your address. Please keep in mind all sales are final once hair has been installed, worn, colored , etc.. We do not exchange any items, we only offer refunds on items within 72 hours of delivery. Before shipping back any items, please email our online department as we have the right to refuse the package if you send back items without our permission or knowledge.
We charege a $10 restocking fee on all return orders. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Hair Are Us does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
1. Before shipping back any items, please email our online department as we have the right to refuse the package if you send back items without our permission or knowledge. (Include Order# in Email)
2. Please make sure to specifiy your name and order number inside returned package.

Hair Are Us reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
- An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items , etc,
Similarly, Hair Are Us reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a #HAUBabes return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a #HAUBabe, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all #HAUBabes across the globe.
Unfortunately, We can NOT cancel any orders before they have been shipped.
NO ADDRESS CAN BE CHANGED.
Please be aware that for security reasons, Hair Are Us does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.
We do not ship to P.O. BOXES !
Please make sure you update your shipping address before you place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but again, it is for your protection.
If your order has been shipped please contact someone at that address, if possible. Otherwise, we will wait for the package to be returned to us and we will then issue you a refund in accordance with our Online Return Policy.
