As much as we LOVE our overseas HAU BABES, we are not responsible for any Custom Fees or Import Tax that your country may bill to you. We advise to check with your local shipping carrier to get more information regarding this matter.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and hair has not been worn, please send items back to our LA location within 72 hours of the time it has been delivered to your address. Please keep in mind all sales are final once hair has been installed, worn, colored, etc.. We do not exchange any items, we only offer refunds on items within 72 hours of delivery. We charge a $10 restocking fee on all return orders. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
