International Shipping: Hair Are Us is not responsible for any Custom Fees or Import Tax for country may bill to you. We advise to check with your local shipping carrier to get more information regarding this matter.

Shipping Delays :
Any incorrect billing and/or shipping information inputed by customer will cause an automatic cancelation of order. Once correct information has been verified, orders will then be shipped.
Hair Are US cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the customer, shipping carrier or holidays.
If an items is out of stock; we will immediately notify you by email of the delay.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
All sales are FINAL once hair has been installed. We do offer refunds as long as the hair has not been installed or used in any way and is returned to Hair Are Us in its original rubber banded packaging within 72 hours of the time it has been delivered to customer. Customer MUST email a copy of shipping receipt and tracking number to email@example.com for verification of items returned. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OF ANY ITEMS. All REFUNDS and CANCELLED ORDERS (regardless the amount) will be charged a NON REFUNDABLE restocking fee of $25. Please be sure to INSPECT as well as CO Wash your hair throughly before installation to ensure your satisfaction. Again once hair is Installed All SALES ARE FINAL!
The hair has been separated into three categories: straight, wavy and curly. Since each bundle is from a distinct individual, each one has its own specific characteristics. The photos on our social media reflect the typical texture of a bundle in each category; however the bundle(s) you receive may vary slightly. All Hair is Single Drawn, which means there will be various lengths throughout weft.
All WEFTED HAIR comes in its natural off black to medium light brown shades. We do try our best to pair bundles with similar patterns and color shades however, it’s not a guarantee you’ll receive the exact same bundles in color and or texture.
Weft Declaimer: We recommend using Weft Sealer on all wefted bundles as well as sewing around the wefts and not through the weft. We DON’T offer any Refunds or Exchanges on Shedding once hair has been installed PERIOD!
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. WE TAKE CASH ONLY ON ALL IN-STORE SALES

Sewing through the wefts will cause the wefts to loosen, unravel, and shed.
To keep your wefts in good condition and reusable, we suggest sewing around the wefts. In addition, we also suggest putting a drop of glue (Hair Are Us Weft Sealer) on each end of the cut wefts to help prevent shedding .
